JOB SUMMARY
The Non-Clinical Educator assists in the planning, organization and execution of non-clinical education/training programs as identified through needs assessment, quality improvement, and implementation of new products and technology. The Non-Clinical Educator would work with personnel in the following roles; Patient Service Coordinator, Customer Service Reps.(Call Center), Insurance Verification, Eligibility Specialist and Referral Coordinators.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrated knowledge requirements pertaining to efficient non-clinical general operating workflows. Must have very strong interpersonal skills and be highly effective in establishing relationships with key constituents, both within and outside the institution, professionally representing the institution; Excellent discretion, judgment, tact, initiative, organizational skills, and self-motivation. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to anticipate and asses situations accurately and recommend/implement effective courses of action required. Ability to work with clinicians and administrators to help building relationships that foster an effective/efficient work environment and helps to achieve optimal general operating levels in our clinical practice.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum of five (5) years; preferred minimum of eight (8) years in a Supervisory/Training role. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
