Demonstrates strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, creating an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, questions, critical thinking, and professional growth. Works effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing competing priorities while maintaining responsiveness to the educational needs of the organization. Adapts teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners, recognizing differences in experience, knowledge, learning preferences, and clinical roles. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple educational initiatives, deadlines, assignments, and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.Requirements:
Master's degree in nursing, education, or related field preferred or willing to work toward upon hire. Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting Previous teaching, precepting, or education experience required Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC) preferred or willing to work toward upon hire. BLS certification required;ACLS/PALS
as appropriate to clinical area The pay range for this position is $35.17 to $60.42 per hour, based on relevant education, qualifications, and experienceBenefits
