Role Overview:

The position involves creating and delivering staff education and professional development activities to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff; collaborate with staff and external organizations to develop training; promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; work with leadership to identify educational needs and develop appropriate plans; engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare; 2-5 years of experience; RN license required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification. Physical ability to perform job duties is essential.
