- Monday-Friday days (40 hrs/wk)
- Primary Care (will split time between Springdale campus & Rogers Harvey Clinic locations)
Salary:
- Most new hires start between $20.50
- 25.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Must have active Arkansas Drivers License
- Bachelor's degree (or related work experience equivalent) required
- 1 year relevant work experience required
- The Community Health Worker (CHW) provides coordination of care for patients and families between ACH primary care providers and appropriate community resources.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
