JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for aiding and empowering prenatal expectant mothers to obtain the necessary resources for a healthy pregnancy. Work is specific to the minority populations of Elkhart County.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Working knowledge of mental health concerns, negative effects of poverty, and stages of pregnancy to be able to assist clients
• Excellent organizational and communications skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures/practices
• 1-2 Years previous job-related experience in related field preferred
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred Elkhart County Human Resources 117 N.
