Key Responsibilities:

Have personal experience with mental health and wellness and recovery Work with the Early Intervention Support Services Team to ensure individuals needing assistance achieve mental wellness through a Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Operate as a strong Peer Champion liaison, and meet face to face with individuals utilizing a strength-based perspective Complete crisis planning as needed to decrease future hospitalizations and increase quality of daily life Collaborate with Acenda and Community Providers to link individuals into services needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of a High School Diploma-Preferred Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) Lived and personal experience with mental health and substance use to provide support to the persons we are engaging. Excellent personal communication skills in order to motivate and engage individuals, as well as being effective with linking to necessary treatment services Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care

Additional Information:

Base Pay:

$20.23/hourly

Bilingual Rate:

An additional $1.50/hourly rate added to the base pay if Spanish proficient

Schedule:
