Customize training content and format to fit clients objectives. Provide instruction to clients in the areas of soft skills, such as leadership, supervisory skills, diversity, human resource issues, etc. Associate degree required, preferably in Human Services or Behavioral Sciences. Bachelor's or higher degree preferred. Incumbent will be required to maintain licenses/certifications. Copy of transcript conferring required degree and certification(s) must accompany application. Minimum of three (3) years in the field of human services or related area required. Must have a Community Health Worker Instructor Certification.
