Key Responsibilities:

Assist community members in enrolling in Medi-Cal and other health coverage programs. Make outbound calls to engage with individuals, answer questions, and provide information about available health services. Attend community events to promote health resources and build relationships with local residents and organizations. Serve as a compassionate and approachable point of contact, guiding individuals through their healthcare options. Collaborate with a supportive team of health professionals to improve access to care. Provide excellent customer service to ensure each interaction is positive and supportive. Help identify new leads

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Strong communication skills in both languages are essential. A fun, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with others. A desire to enter the healthcare industry and make a real impact in the lives of community members. Compassionate and patient with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Responsible and detail-oriented in managing enrollment applications and following up on client needs. Willingness to attend community events, sometimes outside of regular hours, to engage with the public. Team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals. Available to work evenings and weekends when needed. Seeking for an individual that is innovative, optimistic, be able to pivot as needed and a go-getter.

Requirements:
