Overview Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Cytotechnologists to support the VA San Diego Healthcare System located at La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA 92161. Services will be delivered to all requesting departments throughout the facility on a range of schedules. Responsibilities Process cytology specimens Prepare and stain cytology slides for GYN and non-GYN specimens Make preliminary diagnoses independently of the physician cytologist Assist with fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy procedures Prepare and stains FNA smears Qualifications An Bachelor-level degree from an accredited educational institution ASCP professional certification or equivalent Nationally-recognized Cytopathology certification or categorical certification in cytopathology A minimum of one (1) year of experience within the last three (3) years

Pay Range:

$29.26
