The Details Pay:

$18-$22/hr. Where you start depends on what you walk in with. The top of the range is for someone with real chairside experience who needs no hand-holding. If you're newer, you start closer to $18 — and we'll tell you exactly what gets you to the top of the range.

Daily bonuses:

daily team production bonus, cash, up to $45/day (That's like a $5 per hour raise in an 9 hour day!) Team Goal Bonus — we win together: when the practice hits its monthly collection goals, the whole team shares in the win as a percentage of what we produce together. The higher we climb, the more there is to share — and because it's a percentage of collection, the payout keeps growing as the team performs. You share directly in the results of work you helped create.

Schedule:

four days a week — Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:

7:15 AM-5:30 PM (patient clinic hours are 8:00-5:00)

Friday:

7:15 AM-4:30 PM (patient clinic hours are 8:00-4:00) We start together with a morning huddle so everyone walks into the day knowing the plan, and we close the day out properly instead of running for the door. Four days, every week.
