$24 - $32 per hour
Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 to 10 days per month (2 days per week) Join Our Growing Orthodontic Team! Are you an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant looking for a flexible part-time opportunity in a busy, fast-paced office? Smile Lee Orthodontics , supported by BOND Orthodontic Partners , is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused assistant to join our high-energy team!
What You'll Love About This Role:
Flexible Schedule:
Work only 6-10 days per month (schedule varies).

Assist in treating 80-100 patients per day alongside a skilled orthodontist. Work with a

Your Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist with braces placement, wire changes, and aligners Take digital X-rays and keep accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Help with retainers, appliance fabrication, and adjustments Ensure a smooth patient experience in a high-energy practice
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of orthodontic assisting experience is a must. RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) and/or OAP (Orthodontic Assistant Permit) is preferred. Friendly, team-oriented, and passionate about patient care Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
