Smile Lee Orthodontics , supported by BOND Orthodontic Partners , is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused assistant to join our high-energy team!What You'll Love About This Role:
Flexible Schedule:

Assist the orthodontist with braces placement, wire changes, and aligners Take digital X-rays and keep accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Help with retainers, appliance fabrication, and adjustments Ensure a smooth patient experience in a high-energy practiceWhat We're Looking For:
1-3 years of orthodontic assisting experience is a must. RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) and/or OAP (Orthodontic Assistant Permit) is preferred. Friendly, team-oriented, and passionate about patient care Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible scheduleJob Type:
