Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - active and in good standing Experience assisting in implant procedures strongly preferred Familiarity with CT/X-ray machines , handheld X-ray units , intraoral scanners , and 3D printers Knowledge of digital workflows and modern dental technology Ability to assist chairside efficiently and anticipate doctor needs Strong understanding of infection control, sterilization, and OSHA standards Lead RDA experience is a plus (ability to guide assistants, support flow, and set clinical standards) Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required but highly valued) Professional, positive attitude with excellent patient communication skills Team player who thrives in a busy, multi-provider environment
