This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and strong computer proficiency who wants to grow into the home healthcare field. No prior healthcare experience is required, we will train the right candidate. What You Will Do Answer and manage incoming calls from patients, families, and referral sources Coordinate and schedule Clinician visits Enter and maintain accurate patient and staffing records in our systems Communicate professionally with clinicians, office staff, and clients throughout the day Support intake processes, including document collection and data entry Assist with general administrative and office coordination tasks What We Are Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills, this is essential Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced office environment Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Friendly, professional phone manner No healthcare experience required, training provided Prior customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience is a plus What We Offer Paid training
