Are you an experienced Dental Assistant, RDA, or RDAEF looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and be part of an exceptional dental team? Smile Makers Dental Care in Concord is looking for an outstanding clinical team member to join our established, busy practice. We are a technology-driven dental practice with a strong focus on implant dentistry, full-arch cases, and complete smile transformations. Our team has the opportunity to be involved in dentistry that truly changes patients' lives. Who We're Looking For We would love to meet an RDAEF, but expanded-functions experience is not required. We are equally interested in an experienced Dental Assistant or RDA who has strong clinical skills, enjoys learning, and would be excited to expand their knowledge of implants, full-arch dentistry, and advanced dental technology. We're looking for someone who is: Experienced and confident chairside Warm and exceptional with patients Organized, dependable, and a true team player Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced practice Interested in advanced dentistry and technology Excited to continue learning and growing Full-arch or implant experience is a plus, but not required.
