In this vital role, you'll manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, and support daily administrative operations with energy and professionalism. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a smooth experience for patients and a well-run office environment. Greet patients warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk Schedule appointments efficiently using Dentrix Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance verification, and assist with billing processes including medical collections and claims submission Maintain accurate patient records Review documentation for accuracy, care plans, and billing information Manage incoming patient intake forms, update medical records, and handle filing of dental and medical documents Support office management tasks such as appointment reminders, patient follow-up calls, and data entry Proven experience in a dental or medical office environment with strong familiarity in dental terminology and medical administrative support Knowledge of Dentrix, or similar platforms Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, coding, insurance verification processes Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Proficient computer skills including typing (10 key typing), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and electronic documentation review Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively Exceptional organizational skills with clerical experience in filing, documentation review, and office management tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing outstanding patient service Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier dental care through energetic support and seamless administrative operations.
