Job Description
Dental Assistant /Dental Receptionist Enjoy 7 Days Off Every Other Week! Are you a skilled Dental Assistant who loves clinical work but also enjoys keeping things running smoothly at the front desk? We are seeking an adaptable, team-oriented Cross-Trained Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced practice! Your primary role will be assisting our clinical team in the back office. However, you'll also serve as our go-to support for the front desk, covering receptionist duties when team members take scheduled PTO. Why You'll Love This Schedule We offer a high-flexibility rotational schedule operating between Sunday
- Thursday (8:00 AM
- 8:00 PM) and Fridays (8:00 AM
- 2:00 PM) .

Back Office / Dental Assisting (Mostly) Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures. Preparing, sterilizing, and organizing treatment rooms and instruments. Taking digital X-rays and impression/scans. Educating patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene.Secondary Focus:
Front Office Coverage (As Needed / Scheduled PTO) Welcoming patients warmly and checking them in/out. Answering incoming calls and scheduling patient appointments. Verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-pays. Maintaining accurate patient records.What We're Looking For Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant (required).Certifications:
Active Dental Assistant certification / x-ray certification as required by state law.Versatility:
Comfortable transitioning between patient care in the back and administrative tasks at the front desk or willing to learn.Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with practice management softwareAvailability:
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts within our Sunday-Friday rotational schedule.
