We are a progressive, patient-centered dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care with the latest technology. Our practice is currently seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is dedicated, friendly, and passionate about patient care.

Our office uses advanced technology, including iTero digital scanning, Intra Oral Cameras, and CT scanning, to deliver top-notch care and ensure the best outcomes for our patients. We are looking for an RDA who is skilled and efficient and also a team player with a positive attitude to contribute towards the growth of the office. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care, is adaptable, and communicates well with both patients and team members.

Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1+ year in general dentistry (RDA).
  • Skills:
    Friendly, punctual, and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Good at Xrays. Familiarity with Eaglesoft, iTero scanning, and CT scanning is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture high-quality X-rays.
  • Coronal Polishing
  • Take accurate impressions and create temporary crowns.
  • Adhere to proper sterilization and infection control protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized Office and workspace.
  • Setting up and Breakdown of rooms.
  • Efficiently able to Chart treatments.
  • Taking thorough Patient Notes.
  • Effectively communicate with patients.
  • Coordinate with labs, including case preparation and follow-up.
  • All other duties associated with the RDA role.
  • Help with other office tasks as assigned
