About Us Eastvale Kids Dental Studio is a growing pediatric dental practice in Eastvale, CA. We committed to providing conservative, educational, and compassionate pediatric dental care in a warm and family-focused environment. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, proactive Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) candidates for full time and part time positions. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with children, takes initiative, stays organized, follows through on responsibilities and is willing to cross-train in both back and front office duties. Compensation $22-$30 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, licensure, and skill level. What We Are Looking For Dependable, punctual, and consistent with attendance Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with children and parents Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Able to prioritize tasks and complete work accurately and in a timely manner Takes initiative and can manage routine responsibilities without repeated reminders Communicates clearly when something is unresolved or clarification is needed Receptive to training, feedback, and changes in office workflow Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Willing to help maintain a clean, organized, patient-ready office Qualifications Dental Assistant (DA) or current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Current California dental X-ray certification required Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain Experienced and confident taking digital X-rays on children Pediatric dental experience preferred Coronal polishing and sealant as permitted by licensure and certification Willingness to cross-train in both back and front office duties Experience with dental software is preferred; Oryx experience is a plus Back Office Responsibilities Chairside assisting during pediatric dental procedures Taking digital X-rays Coronal polishing and sealants as permitted by licensure and certification Setting up and turning over treatment rooms Sterilization and infection control Restocking clinical supplies Supporting patient flow and helping young patients feel comfortable Keeping clinical and common areas clean, organized, and ready for patients Front Office / Cross-Training Responsibilities Greeting patients and families Answering phone calls, texts, and emails professionally Scheduling and confirming appointments Patient check-in and check-out Entering patient and insurance information accurately Verifying insurance eligibility, benefits, and applicable treatment history Following up promptly when patient or insurance information is missing or unclear Collecting patient balances as needed What Success Looks Like in This Role Routine responsibilities are completed independently and consistently Patient and insurance information is entered completely and accurately Time-sensitive items are prioritized appropriately Unfinished or unresolved tasks are followed through rather than left pending Questions are raised promptly when clarification is needed The office is left clean, organized, and ready for the next patient day Benefits and Growth Paid sick time Paid training Cross-training in both clinical and front-office responsibilities Full time and part time positions available, with opportunities for growth as the practice grows We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, enjoy working with children, and want to become a long term part of a growing pediatric dental practice.
