Job Description
Assist the endodontist during root canal treatments and other procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take and process dental radiographs as permitted Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control procedures Prepare patients for treatment and provide excellent patient care Maintain organized clinical areas and inventory Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures Assist with daily office flow and clinical responsibilities Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Previous dental assisting experience required Endodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty environment Positive attitude and excellent patient-care skills What We Offer Full-time position Immediate start Stable position in a specialty endodontic practice Opportunity to work closely with an experienced endodontist Supportive and professional work environment Competitive compensation based on experience If you are an RDA who takes pride in your work, works well independently, and is looking for a long-term opportunity in an endodontic practice, we would love to hear from you!
