Job Description
Part-Time RDA - Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time Rosemont Smile Dental | $25-$30/hour Rosemont Smile Dental is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position . We are a modern, fully digital dental practice with a supportive team environment. Our office utilizes digital X-rays, CBCT, intraoral scanning, and in-office 3D printing as part of our daily workflow. We are looking for someone who is dependable, enjoys learning and working with modern dental technology, and is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team . Schedule Friday availability is required Additional weekday(s) available based on mutual availability and office needs Office hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Opportunity to gradually increase days and transition into a full-time Monday-Friday position Compensation $25-$30/hour , depending on experience and skill level. Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general and restorative dentistry Digital X-rays Room setup, turnover, sterilization, and infection control Assisting with crowns, bridges, implants, oral surgery, and other procedures Intraoral scanning and digital dentistry Maintaining instruments, equipment, and supplies Helping maintain efficient patient flow Qualifications Current California RDA license Current required certifications Reliable, punctual, and organized Strong attention to detail Friendly and professional with patients Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a busy dental practice Must be available to work Fridays Preferred Skills - A Plus, Not Required Open Dental experience Intraoral scanning CBCT Implant and surgical assisting Dental 3D printing Korean-speaking ability Additional experience is welcome but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate , particularly someone who is interested in learning and growing with our digital workflow.
