We're looking for a warm, dependable, and proactive Dental Assistant who enjoys connecting with patients, takes pride in doing excellent work, and is excited to grow alongside a new practice. Responsibilities Provide friendly, reassuring support to patients throughout their visits Assist with chairside procedures and four-handed dentistry Take digital X-rays and use intraoral scanning technology Set up and break down operatories efficiently Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Assist with restorative, cosmetic, clear aligner, extraction, and surgical procedures Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Help create a smooth, comfortable, and welcoming patient experience Support patient flow and assist with front office responsibilities when needed Contribute to a positive team culture as the practice continues to grow What We're Looking For Warm, personable, and genuinely caring with patients Reliable, organized, and proactive Confident with chairside assisting and patient communication Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new systems and procedures A team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed Positive, adaptable, and excited to help shape the culture of a growing practice Committed to providing high-quality care with a hospitality-minded approach Qualifications Dental assisting experience is preferred. X-ray, Infection Control, Dental Practice Act, and CPR/BLS certifications are preferred. RDA certification is a plus but not required. Experience with extractions, implants, oral surgery, digital scanning, or clear aligners is also a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in building meaningful relationships with patients and teammates. Schedule Part-time, with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice grows. Tuesday and Saturday availability is strongly preferred, along with additional weekday afternoon availability. Compensation $23

• 28/hour based on experience, certifications, and clinical skills.
