We are a small, high-quality family friendly dental practice looking for an energetic, professional, self-motivated person to join our already amazing team! We treat our patients and employees like family! We are looking to hire an awesome RDA/DA who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to our amazing patients who are like family to us. Dentrix experience is preferred. Must have an X-ray license & Coronal Polishing license. Must also have experience or willingness to learn some front desk duties and to be cross-trained. Duties and Responsibilities Welcome patients in the dental office Prepare patients for treatment or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, outgoing, positive, and patient-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to help provide our patients with exceptional customer service. This position requires someone who possesses the following qualities: Reliable organized team oriented motivated friendly professional a passion for creating positive customer experiences Enjoys building patient rapport Office hours: Mondays 8-5 Tuesdays 8-5 Wednesdays 8-5 Thursdays 8-2 •Total hours per week: ~30-32 hrs per week We love to have fun while we work and to make it fun for our patients!
