In Person Join Our Dental Team! We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, works well in a fast-paced clinical environment, and enjoys helping provide patients with a positive and comfortable dental experience. If you are a team player with strong attention to detail and a passion for patient care, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Take and process dental X-rays Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records Assist with appointment scheduling and efficient patient flow Educate and prepare patients for procedures as appropriate Follow infection-control, OSHA, and safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Work collaboratively with dentists, providers, and other team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a dental assisting program preferred Dental X-Ray certification required Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection-control practices Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude Benefits for Eligible Employees Competitive pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan 401(k) employer matching Supportive and team-oriented work environment Benefit eligibility is based on employment status and applicable company policies.
