Full-Time We are a modern, patient-centered dental practice committed to providing exceptional clinical care in a friendly and professional environment. We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, implant, prosthodontic, and surgical treatments. Prepare treatment rooms before and after procedures. Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Prepare and organize dental materials and instruments for each procedure. Manage laboratory cases and impressions. Assist with inventory management and ordering clinical supplies. Ensure patient comfort and provide an exceptional patient experience throughout each visit. Required Qualifications Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is required. Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience. Experience assisting with restorative, crown and bridge, implant, and prosthodontic procedures. Current CPR/BLS certification. Proficient with digital radiographs and intraoral scanning/imaging. Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with EagleSoft Practice Management Software. Experience with intraoral scanners (iTero, Medit, or similar). Experience with implant and prosthodontic procedures.
