We're Hiring! We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with children and families, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and contributes to a positive and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and upbeat , with the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced dental office. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients and families in a warm, professional manner Prepare patients for treatments and checkups while ensuring their comfort Prepare treatment rooms and select the appropriate instruments, equipment, and materials Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry Maintain proper infection control and sterilization protocols Perform sterilization duties as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked Follow dentist and office instructions accurately and efficiently Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to maintain a smooth office workflow Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive experience for every patient Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization methods Understanding of infection control, health, and safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Excellent attention to detail Organized, dependable, and punctual Good computer skills Ability to take direction, accept coaching, and work well as part of a team Experience performing regulated non-surgical duties, such as coronal polishing , is a plus Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus, but not required Required Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting program preferred Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certificate preferred Coronal Polishing Certificate required based on applicable duties Why Join Our Team? Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
