Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Orthodontics Join a supportive orthodontic team where great patient care and teamwork come first. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our orthodontic team. In this role, you'll work closely with our clinical team to create a smooth, positive experience for every patient. You'll assist with clinical procedures, maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, and help keep the day running efficiently. What You'll Do Provide attentive, compassionate care and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visits. Take and develop dental X-rays while following established safety standards and clinical protocols. Perform sterilization and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, safe clinical environment. Prepare treatment areas and support the clinical team with day-to-day orthodontic procedures. Educate patients by providing clear instructions and answering questions in a friendly, professional manner. Update patient records and assist with scheduling and other tasks using patient management software. Follow infection prevention and control guidelines to ensure the highest standards of patient and team safety. Work closely with doctors, assistants, and other team members to keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace and an exceptional patient experience. What We're Looking For Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with dental clinic experience. Experience with dental X-rays and knowledge of applicable safety procedures. Understanding of sterilization, sanitation, and infection control practices. Familiarity with dental terminology and clinical workflows. Excellent communication and patient care skills. A positive attitude and a team-first mindset. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dental patient management software is a plus — we're happy to train the right candidate.
