We are a busy, modern pediatric and orthodontic dental practice looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. If you enjoy working with children, creating positive patient experiences, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Assist the dentist and orthodontist during a variety of pediatric and orthodontic procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols. Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans/photographs. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and orthodontic care. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Ensure patient comfort while providing exceptional customer service. Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to keep the schedule running smoothly. Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. CPR/BLS certification. Sealant Certificate. Experience in pediatric and/or orthodontic dentistry is preferred but not required. New Graduates are welcome. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, compassionate, and patient-centered attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
