Dental Assistant (RDA)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are seeking someone who is hands-on, confident, tech-savvy, great with patients, and ready to take a lead role in a modern, technology-driven dental practice. Requirements Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) CEREC experience required, design experience Strong hands-on clinical experience Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills Experience with CBCT scans Experience assisting with implants and extractions Lab work experience 3D printing experience Ability to make temporary crowns and bridges Comfortable with advanced dental technology and digital workflows Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and take initiative Strong teamwork and leadership skills The Ideal Candidate We're looking for an RDA who can jump in, take ownership, and help keep the clinical side of the practice running smoothly . You should enjoy working with advanced technology, be confident with hands-on dentistry, and genuinely care about creating an excellent patient experience.
