Job Summary Immediate hire for Full Time Dental front desk coordinator We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to fill the roles of Full-Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator and Part time Dental Assistant/Floater. These positions are integral to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. 1) Full-Time Dental Front Desk /
Receptionist Responsibilities & Requirements:
Prior dental knowledge required; minimum 1 year of front desk experience in a dental office preferred. Must work well with others and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor. Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus. Looking for someone punctual, reliable, friendly, and a strong team player. Must be a fast learner and comfortable with computer programs. Willing to train the right motivated candidate.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One Friday per month: Morning only 2) Part time Dental Assistant /
Floater Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate. Must be reliable, punctual, friendly, a fast learner, and a team player. Responsible for sterilizing instruments and efficiently setting up / breaking down operatory rooms. Experience with Open Dental and Dexis is a plus Mondays and Tuesdays, hour can be flexible. Great opportunity for someone who needs shorter hours.
