Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following strict infection prevention management protocols and aseptic techniques. Manage patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar software while ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations. Conduct vital signs assessments and medical imaging to monitor patient health status before procedures. Provide comprehensive patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits. Maintain clinical confidentiality policies while handling sensitive medical documentation and medical records with integrity. Support the dental team with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and coordinating with the dental receptionist for seamless clinic operations. Skills Proficiency in EMR systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or comparable software for efficient patient management.
