Job Description
We're looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing private PPO practice in Santee! This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our practice continues to expand. At our office, we believe great dentistry starts with a great team! We value an assistant with excellent chairside manner who can help patients feel comfortable and at ease, communicates well with both patients and teammates, and pays close attention to the little details that make a big difference. If you're someone who enjoys working hard, supporting your team, and providing an exceptional patient experience, you'll fit right in. In this role, you'll assist the doctor during a variety of general dental procedures, help maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment, take digital X-rays, impressions, intraoral scans, and photos, educate patients on their treatment and home care, and ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient care. Experience with implants, sedation, iTero scanning, 3D printing, and full-arch procedures is a plus!
