Skills Proven experience in fine dining or restaurant environments with a strong focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices across diverse cuisines. Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling protocols. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards. Strong manual handling skills for weight handling in the workplace, including lifting heavy trays or boxes of supplies. Basic math skills for managing orders, processing cash transactions accurately, and measuring ingredients. Knowledge of wine pairing or beverage service is a plus for enhancing guest experiences. Excellent in-person customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Experience with POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
