Monday-Friday:
7:45AM-5:00PM We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, skilled in chairside support, and able to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities Chairside Assistance Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures (e.g., fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals) Hand instruments to the dentist and anticipate procedural needs Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Patient Care & Communication Greet and prepare patients for treatment Review medical histories and update patient records Provide post-procedure instructions and oral hygiene education Sterilization & Infection Control Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Organize and maintain dental supplies and instruments Ensure operatory cleanliness and readiness between appointments Administrative Support (as needed) Schedule appointments and confirm visits Assist with billing, insurance processing, or charting Maintain accurate treatment documentation Qualifications Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred X-ray certification (Required / Preferred — depending on state regulations) Knowledge of Patient Management Software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
