Job Description

Job Summary We are a modern private dental practice focused on dental implants, full-arch implant treatment, and comprehensive dental care. As a growing practice, we place a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and delivering an exceptional patient experience in a personalized, detail-oriented environment. Unlike high-volume clinics, our office maintains a more focused pace that allows us to spend time doing things the right way. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Assistant who enjoys a structured environment, takes pride in their work, and wants to expand their skills in implant and surgical dentistry. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented dental assistant who is organized, proactive, and interested in growing professionally while contributing to a supportive team environment. Schedule Minimum 32 hours per week (work hours approx. 8:30 am - 5:00 pm), with potential for additional days as the schedule & practice grows. Responsibilities Assist the doctor with a variety of procedures including: Dental implant procedures and implant restorations Full arch ("All on 4") implant cases and surgical procedures Extractions, bone grafting, and surgical workflows General dentistry procedures including crowns, fillings, and exams Surgical setup, breakdown, and operatory preparation Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans (ex: digital scanners like iTero) Maintaining sterile surgical and clinical environments Preparing and sterilizing instruments, materials, and surgical kits Assisting with patient flow and ensuring patient comfort Accurate charting and documentation Following sterilization and infection control protocols Maintaining organized operatories and clinical areas Qualifications California X-ray certification

  • Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
  • (REQUIRED)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required or must obtain within 6 weeks of hire) Dental surgery assisting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized clinical workspaces Comfortable assisting with both general dentistry and surgical procedures Interest in learning and developing skills in implant dentistry and advanced procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to follow clinical protocols closely Strong communication skills and ability to contribute to a professional team environment Why Join Us?

Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
