Branin Center for Dentistry in Superior, Colorado is looking for an exceptional experienced chairside dental assistant to work directly alongside Dr. Claire Sesson . Dr. Sesson is one of the most highly regarded doctors in our practice. She consistently receives five-star feedback from patients , is genuinely loved by her patients and teammates, and provides outstanding general, restorative, cosmetic, and comprehensive dental care. Your Schedule This position follows Dr. Sesson's clinical schedule , giving you a consistent four-day workweek:

Monday:

Patients 7:00 AM-4:00

PM Tuesday:

Patients 7:00 AM-4:00

PM Wednesday:

Patients 7:00 AM-4:00

PM Thursday:

OFF Friday:

Patients 8:00 AM-2:00 PM Team huddle begins approximately 10 minutes before the first patient each day. No weekends. There may occasionally be limited time after patient hours for normal clinical wrap-up, sterilization, meetings, or related responsibilities. Compensation $60,000 Annualized Base Compensation The starting base compensation is equivalent to approximately $30/hour based on a 2,000-hour annualized work year . But the base salary is only part of the opportunity. This position will also participate in two separate performance-based bonus opportunities: Dr. Sesson Performance Bonus — based on the performance and productivity of Dr. Sesson's schedule Superior Office Performance Bonus — based on the overall performance of the office For an exceptional assistant working alongside a productive doctor in a high-performing office, these bonuses can materially increase overall compensation. Total compensation has the potential to approach the equivalent of approximately $40/hour. Bonus compensation is performance-based and is not guaranteed.

We are particularly interested in an assistant who: Is an experienced and confident chairside assistant Makes excellent temporary crowns Anticipates the doctor's needs rather than waiting to be asked Is meticulous with both clinical and non-clinical details Connects naturally with patients Takes ownership of their operatory and responsibilities Appreciates technology and efficient clinical systems Enjoys learning and improving Wants more from their career than simply completing assigned tasks Responsibilities Provide exceptional chairside assistance for general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry Anticipate Dr. Sesson's clinical needs and help maintain an efficient schedule Prepare operatories with appropriate instruments, materials, and equipment Fabricate high-quality provisional restorations and temporary crowns Review and accurately document patient medical and dental histories Take diagnostic radiographs and clinical photographs as appropriate Perform charting and clinical documentation as directed Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols Help maintain clinical equipment, supplies, and inventory Communicate clearly and warmly with patients throughout their visits Make postoperative follow-up calls when appropriate Help create an exceptional patient experience from beginning to end Support other members of the clinical team when needed Participate in continuing education, study clubs, and team training Assume additional leadership and administrative responsibilities as the role develops Who Thrives at BRANIN?
