We are seeking a positive, dependable, and highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing excellent care while helping create a comfortable and seamless experience for our patients. Our office places a strong emphasis on quality dentistry, exceptional customer service, efficiency, and teamwork . We are looking for someone who communicates well, anticipates the needs of the doctor and patients, and enjoys being part of a team that maintains high standards of care. The primary focus of this position is clinical assisting, including preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, maintaining proper sterilization and infection-control protocols, taking digital radiographs, and helping keep the clinical schedule running efficiently. While this is primarily a clinical position, we value a team-oriented environment. Candidates who are comfortable occasionally assisting with patient communication, scheduling, and other front-office responsibilities are strongly preferred.
