We are a privately owned, patient-focused practice that prides itself on delivering exceptional care in a professional, supportive, and team-oriented environment. This position is ideal for an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a long-term home, but we are also willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. Our office is fully digital and equipped with advanced technology including CBCT imaging, iTero Lumina digital scanning, digital radiography, and paperless workflows. Compensation $25-30 per hour based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Responsibilities Chairside assisting using four-handed dentistry Taking and processing digital dental radiographs Preparing and breaking down operatories efficiently Instrument sterilization and infection control compliance Assisting with lab cases and clinical procedures as directed Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation Providing post-operative instructions and patient education Keeping operatories, treatment areas, and sterilization areas clean and organized Monitoring clinical supplies and assisting with inventory management Supporting doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient flow Required Qualifications Active Radiology/X-Ray Certification (or ability to obtain) Infection Control Certification (or ability to obtain) CPR/BLS Certification (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, professional, and team-oriented Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Dental Assistant Certificate Previous dental assisting experience Experience with digital radiography Experience with Open Dental software Experience with iTero scanners Spanish-speaking Schedule Full-Time Needed Monday thru
