As a dental assistant, you will play a crucial role in patient's treatments where our dentists will depend on the support and help you provide. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments. Maintain accurate patient records and manage dental documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners and X-ray machines. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, utilizing bilingual communication skills as needed. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently, demonstrating proficiency in a Patient Management System like Dentrix (Preferred) or Eaglesoft. Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with strong chairside assisting skills. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures, including prosthodontics and endodontics. Proficient in using 3D scanners and EMR systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are preferred.
