Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and high-energy Dental Assistant to manage our digital clinical workflow. You don't need to be a master of every machine on day one— if you are enthusiastic, deeply curious about dental tech, and a fast learner, we will train you! However, you must bring a strong work ethic, a passion for patient care, and a flawless record of punctuality.
Key Responsibilities Digital Scanning & Clear Aligners:
Operate our iTero Intraoral Scanner to capture high-definition digital impressions, specifically for Invisalign setups and monitoring.Patient & Treatment Coordination:
Confidently discuss dental needs with patients, explain treatment plans, answer clinical questions, and help guide them through their care options like a seasoned treatment coordinator .Clinical Assisting:
Provide excellent chairside assistance to both the dentist and the dental hygienist throughout the day to ensure smooth, efficient patient visits. 3D Printing Lab:
Process digital files to run our 3D printer , fabricating high-quality dental models, nightguards, and retainers.In-Office Milling:
Manage the CAD/CAM workflow to mill, polish, and finalize same-day crowns .Clinical Excellence:
Setup/breakdown treatment rooms, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure you arrive on time and prepared to launch the day smoothly.Job Type:
