Pelican Landing Dental is looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing clinical team. You'll be a great fit if you: Have previous dental assisting experience Take initiative and can anticipate the doctor's needs Are comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player Provide warm, professional, concierge-level patient care Have excellent communication and organizational skills Take pride in clinical accuracy and attention to detail Enjoy learning new technology and improving your skills Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude Clinical Skills Experience with the following is highly valued: Chairside assisting for restorative and comprehensive dentistry Digital scanning (Trios, Medit) Dental photography Temporary crowns and bridges Crown and bridge procedures Implants and surgical procedures Treatment planning and patient education Digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, and CBCT Sterilization and infection-control protocols Dental software and digital clinical workflows Experience with advanced technology is a plus, but we're also interested in experienced assistants who are motivated and eager to learn.
