We're looking for a Dental Assistant who brings energy, patience, and consistency, someone who helps children build confidence in the dental chair, not fear it. Our Core Values Honesty Lifelong Learning Trust & Compassion Optimism Position Responsibilities Prepare operatories and review patient charts Take diagnostic radiographs (PA, bitewing, panoramic) Comfort and guide pediatric patients during treatment Help parents understand treatment needs and home care Assist the doctor during restorative and preventive procedures Maintain accurate documentation and follow-through Help create a calm, organized clinical flow Minimum Qualifications 2 years of Dental Assisting experience X-Ray Certification (Required) EFDA Certification (Required) Comfortable working with children and families What We're Looking For Warm, patient-centered personality (kids respond to your energy) Independent and proactive, notices what needs to be done Able to multitask without losing attention to detail Strong communication skills with both children and parents Dependable and punctual Comfortable using computers and dental software (Eaglesoft preferred) Benefits 401k Profit Sharing after 12 months of employment Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Quarterly bonuses On-the-job training
