Experienced Dental Assistant | Private Practice $22-25/hour | Monday-Thursday Lepore Comprehensive Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our relationship-focused private practice in Dunedin. If you enjoy high-quality restorative dentistry, building genuine relationships with patients, and working alongside a doctor who values quality over speed, we'd love to meet you. We are a fee-for-service private practice that emphasizes comprehensive care, modern technology, and an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates confidently with patients, and enjoys being an important part of a small, highly collaborative team. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has at least three years of chairside assisting experience and is confident with: Crown and bridge procedures Fabricating high-quality provisional restorations with proper margins, contacts, and occlusion Retraction cord placement Digital impressions and modern restorative workflows Implant restorative procedures (preferred but not required) Just as important as clinical ability, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients. We believe exceptional dentistry is built on trust, communication, and relationships. About Our Practice Our office focuses exclusively on restorative dentistry, including cosmetic smile design, comprehensive rehabilitation, implant restorations, crowns, and fillings. We intentionally schedule enough time to provide exceptional care and avoid the fast-paced, production-driven environment found in many larger practices. Patients choose our office because they value quality, education, and personalized care. We are looking for someone who shares those same values.
