Job Description

Dedicated and highly skilled Dental Assistant with 2 years of experience in high-volume clinical environments. Proficient in four-handed dentistry, digital radiography, and patient coordination. Committed to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a seamless clinical workflow. Seeking a full-time position with a Monday through Thursday schedule.
Core Competencies Clinical:
Four-handed dentistry, Chairside assisting (General & Specialty), Impression taking (Alginate & Digital), Professional prophylaxis.
Technical:
Digital X-rays (Dexis), CBCT Imaging, Sterilization (OSHA/HIPAA compliance).
Administrative:
Patient charting (Open Dental), Treatment planning, Supply inventory management.
Soft Skills:
Patient education, Compassionate chairside manner, Team collaboration. Assist the Dentist in a variety of complex procedures including extractions, root canals, crown & bridge preparations, and cosmetic dentistry. Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and CDC sterilization protocols for all instruments and operatories. Performed high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos for diagnostic purposes. Coordinated with the front desk to optimize the daily schedule, reducing patient wait times by an average of 15 minutes. Maintained laboratory logs and tracked outgoing/incoming cases to ensure on-time delivery for patient seats. Availability Monday -
Thursday:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-Time.
