Michael Barnard DDS PA & Associates, a busy multi-doctor dental practice in Fort Lauderdale, is looking for an energetic, reliable Hygienist Assistant to join our clinical team. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you — no prior dental experience required!
What You'll Do:
Assist our hygienists chairside during cleanings and exams Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Keep supplies stocked and workspaces organized Support the clinical team with day-to-day tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Fluent English required — Spanish-speaking is a big plus! Reliable, punctual, and a team player No experience needed — we provide full training
