  • Full-Arch / Implant Experience Ascend Dental & Implant Center Ascend Dental & Implant Center is looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant with Full-Arch and Dental Implant experience to join our growing team.
We are building our full-arch implant program from the ground up , and this is an exciting opportunity for an assistant who wants to be part of developing and growing a successful implant center.

Candidates must have strong dental assisting experience with implants and/or full-arch procedures. Full-Arch / All-on-X surgical experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is confident assisting with complex implant procedures and understands the importance of organization, efficiency, sterilization, patient care, and supporting the doctor throughout the entire full-arch process. Responsibilities Assist with Full-Arch / All-on-X implant surgeries Assist with implant placement and restorative procedures Prepare surgical rooms, instruments, and implant components Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols Take digital X-rays and scans as needed Assist with impressions and other clinical procedures Review pre-operative and post-operative instructions with patients Help patients feel comfortable throughout treatment Maintain accurate clinical documentation Keep surgical inventory and supplies organized Work closely with the doctor, Treatment Coordinator, and clinical team Help develop efficient systems as we grow the Full-Arch department What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience

Full-Arch / All-on-X experience strongly preferred Surgical assisting experience Excellent clinical and organizational skills Strong communication and patient-care skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Someone who takes initiative and wants to grow with the practice Why Join Ascend Dental & Implant Center?
