Job Description

We're looking for someone who does more than simply complete assigned tasks.

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant who wants to work at a higher clinical level? We are a fast-paced, fee-for-service dental organization focused on providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care. We are looking for experienced Dental Assistants who take pride in their clinical skills, anticipate the needs of their doctor and patients, and want to be part of a high-performing team. This is not an entry-level position. Our ideal candidate is confident chairside, highly organized, dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable assisting with complex restorative, implant, endodontic, and/or surgical procedures. Compensation $28-$30/hour base pay Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,000 What You'll Do You will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to deliver an efficient, exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
Anticipate the doctor's clinical needs and maintain efficient patient flow Prepare patients, operatories, instruments, materials, and equipment for treatment Assist chairside with comprehensive restorative dentistry and advanced procedures Take high-quality diagnostic radiographs while following ALARA principles Perform accurate digital intraoral scans, impressions, and bite registrations Fabricate quality temporary crowns and perform denture soft relines Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and patient education Support accurate and complete clinical charting and documentation Maintain excellent infection-control and sterilization standards Assist with treatment plan discussions and payment options when appropriate Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, safety, and company clinical standards
What We're Looking For Required:
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Active Florida EFDA or CDA certification, including dental radiology certification Current BLS certification Experience with endodontics and/or implant dentistry Strong chairside assisting and clinical preparation skills Excellent communication and patient-service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to work collaboratively and professionally as part of a team
Highly Preferred:
5+ years of dental assisting experience Implant dentistry and/or oral surgery experience Complex restorative dentistry experience Strong digital scanning skills Open Dental experience The Dental Assistants Who Succeed Here We're looking for someone who does more than simply complete assigned tasks.

Pay:
