Job Description

Celebration Dental Group is looking for a part-time orthodontic dental assistant to be part of the team in our multi-speciality office 3 days /week (M, T, W) . Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! A smile goes a long way and interpersonal/communication skills are really important to us for interacting with patients and team members :) Job Duties Include (but are not limited to): Greeting and seating patients Preparing operatories for treatment and cleanup of operatories Taking X-Rays Taking photographs of patients' teeth to aid the Orthodontist in developing treatment plans and to document patient progress Sterilization Assisting the doctor chairside and anticipating doctor's needs Taking dental molds of patients' teeth for the fabrication of customized mouthguards and retainers Removing and replacing wires, coil springs, donuts, and elastic bands Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and braces aftercare Problem solving and decision-making skills A high level of professionalism
Job Requirements:
Completion of Dental Assistant Program 2+ years of experience working as an orthodontic dental assistant Active CPR card and
X-Ray License Job Type:
