We're looking for an energetic, creative, and motivated Orthodontic Assistant / Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team! The primary responsibility of this position is orthodontic assisting , while also helping showcase our practice through engaging social media content. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves technology, and has a creative eye for marketing and social media. We are not your average orthodontic office. Our modern, fully digital practice uses the latest technology, including: 3D iTero digital scanners 3D CBCT imaging DentalMonitoring virtual care Efficient digital workflows State-of-the-art orthodontic treatment techniques Our goal is to provide an exceptional patient experience while creating confident, healthy smiles. What You'll Do Your primary role will be assisting the orthodontist with patient care, while also helping maintain our practice's online presence.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the orthodontist with patient care and clinical procedures Taking digital scans, photos, and x-rays Educating patients about their treatment Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other social media platforms Capturing patient success stories, office events, and behind-the-scenes moments Helping showcase our practice culture through photos, videos, and creative marketing Supporting a positive, welcoming environment for every patient

Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts No weekends Our Locations You'll work between our three beautiful offices: Destin, FL 32541 Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Inlet Beach, FL 32461 Reliable transportation between all three offices is required.
