Job Description
Experienced Dental Assistant - Endodontic Office Small, amazing team. 4-day workweek! Tallahassee Endodontics is a well-established, professional endodontic practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant for immediate placement. We are looking for a positive, skilled, dependable team member who is interested in a long-term opportunity and takes pride in providing high-quality, ethical patient care. Office hours:
Monday-Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm Compensation Starting hourly pay is based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Candidates with greater experience and demonstrated skills may qualify for a higher starting wage. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 6 months of dental assisting experience required. Strong ability to type and accurately document progress notes, reports, and clinical information . Solid computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple software programs. Comfortable working in a fully electronic, paperless office , including practice management software, digital X-rays, and other computer-based systems. Able to work efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment . Friendly, professional, and compassionate when interacting with patients and coworkers. Highly organized, detail-oriented, thorough, and dependable. Willing and able to assist in multiple areas of the practice, including: Clinical assisting Sterilization and instrument processing Front desk and appointment scheduling Appointment confirmations Communication with referring dental offices Email correspondence and preparation of reports Insurance billing and related administrative duties What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is professional, motivated, team-oriented, and committed to doing things the right way .
