What You'll Be Doing Creating a warm, welcoming, and fun environment for children of all ages to help alleviate dental anxiety. Assisting our pediatric dentist chairside during exams, restorative procedures, and preventive care. Taking digital x-rays safely and effectively while keeping the patient at ease. Educating patients and parents on proper oral hygiene in a supportive, positive way. Maintaining a pristine, sterile clinical environment in accordance with all state and OSHA guidelines. Collaborating with the front office and clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Previous dental assisting experience is required; pediatric experience is a massive plus.
Certifications:
Florida Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and Radiography certifications are highly preferred.
